1. Introduction and Agreement Welcome to the LHI HOMES website. By accessing our website, browsing our collections, or purchasing our products (primarily premium bedsheets and home textiles), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, and merchants. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions stated here, you may not access the website or use any of our services.

2. Product Specifications, Thread Count (TC), and Fabric Realities At LHI HOMES, we strive to provide accurate descriptions of our home textiles. However, customers must acknowledge the physical realities of textile manufacturing:

• Thread Count (TC) Disclaimer: Any Thread Count (TC) mentioned on our website or packaging is provided strictly as a factory estimate and marketing reference. Because there is no universally standardized or easily accessible method to perfectly measure thread count post-production without laboratory destruction of the fabric, we offer no guarantee on exact Thread Count. We will not entertain, accept returns, or process refunds based on disputes, assumptions, or subjective feelings regarding the Thread Count.

• Piling: Fabric piling (the formation of small fuzz balls on the surface of the bedsheet) is a natural occurrence caused by friction, usage patterns, and certain types of mattresses or sleepwear. LHI HOMES offers no guarantee against piling, and absolutely no returns or exchanges will be accepted for piling issues.

• Color Fastness & Fading: Due to the nature of textile dyeing, we offer no guarantee against color fading over time or after washing, except exclusively on specific products where a “Color Fastness Guarantee” is explicitly written in that individual product’s description.

• Sizing Tolerances: Textile products may have a minor deviation in size due to stitching margins. We only accept claims if the size is significantly and measurably less than the dimensions explicitly promised on the product page.

3. Shipping, Dispatch, and Courier Delays

• Dispatch Timelines: Our standard order dispatch time is 1 to 2 business days. Please note that our warehouse does not process or dispatch orders on Sundays or recognized public holidays.

• Transit Times & Regional Variations: Delivery timelines vary drastically based on your location. While standard deliveries may take 3-7 days, shipments to South East states, North East regions, and remote pin codes will experience longer transit times due to geographical and logistical constraints.

• Strict Policy on Delays: Once a package is handed over to our courier partners, LHI HOMES has no physical control over its movement. No returns, order cancellations, or COD rejections will be accepted due to shipping delays or courier-related issues. If a courier company delays your parcel, you must still accept the delivery.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Fraud Prevention To maintain a sustainable business and protect against fake orders, LHI HOMES enforces strict COD regulations:

• Mandatory Telephonic Verification: Every COD order requires verbal confirmation. Our verification team will call the phone number provided at checkout. If the call is not answered, disconnected, or unreachable, LHI HOMES holds the absolute right to cancel the order immediately.

• Suspicious Orders: If our system or team flags a COD order as suspicious (e.g., incomplete address, abnormally high order value, fake-sounding names, or a history of rejected deliveries), LHI HOMES reserves the right to hold the dispatch and demand the courier/shipping charges to be paid in advance via UPI or bank transfer. If the advance is not paid, the order will be permanently canceled.
