Pre-Dispatch: You may request a cancellation of your order only if it has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. You must email lhihomess@gmail.com immediately with your Order ID. If canceled successfully before dispatch, prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Post-Dispatch: Once an order has been assigned an AWB (tracking number) and dispatched, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances. You must accept the parcel from the courier.
2. Order Cancellations by LHI HOMES We reserve the right to cancel any order without prior notice for reasons including, but not limited to:
Failure to answer our COD confirmation phone call.
Refusal to pay advance courier charges for a flagged/suspicious COD order.
Unserviceable delivery pin codes.
Inventory stock-outs or pricing errors on the website.
3. Refund Eligibility & Processing Refunds are strictly limited to cases where LHI HOMES has approved a return for a valid, manufacturing defect or a confirmed size discrepancy (as outlined in our Returns policy).
We do not issue refunds for “change of mind,” “didn’t like the color in person,” or delayed deliveries.
Approved refunds for prepaid orders will be processed back to the original source.
Approved refunds for COD orders will require you to provide your bank account or UPI details via email.
Shipping charges, COD convenience fees, and advance freight charges are strictly non-refundable.
