LHI HOMES operates a highly strict quality control department. Every bedsheet and textile item is thoroughly inspected under camera surveillance before being packed. Therefore, our return policy is exceptionally rigid to prevent fraudulent claims.
1. The Mandatory Unboxing Video (No Exceptions) To claim a return or exchange for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, a continuous, unedited unboxing video is strictly mandatory.
The video must clearly show the parcel in its original, sealed condition before opening.
The video must clearly show the shipping label and tracking number.
The opening of the package and the unrolling/inspection of the bedsheet must be captured in one single, continuous take without any cuts, pauses, or camera panning away from the product.
The defect or size discrepancy must be clearly shown in this exact video.
Consequence of Failure: Because we conduct rigorous pre-dispatch quality checks, if any damage is claimed but an unboxing video is not provided, or if the video is cut/edited, the return request will be instantly and permanently rejected.
2. Valid Grounds for Return/Exchange We will authorize a full return or exchange ONLY under the following worst-case scenarios:
Major Manufacturing Defect: Torn fabric right out of the package, heavy misprints, or broken stitching (must be proven via the unboxing video).
Size Discrepancy: The bedsheet provided is measurably less than the dimensions promised on the product page.
3. Strict Hygiene & Usage Clause (The “Wash” Rule) Home textiles are intimate hygiene products.
No order return is accepted after the product has been washed.
Even if you discover a defect, color bleed, or size issue after washing the bedsheet, the return policy is entirely voided. You must inspect the product in its dry, unwashed, original state.
Any item returned to us that smells of detergent, perfume, body odor, or shows signs of being slept on will be confiscated, and no refund will be issued.
4. Invalid Grounds for Return (What We Do Not Accept) As agreed upon in our Terms of Service, we will NOT accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
Delay in shipping or courier delivery timelines.
Fabric piling or bobbling.
Color fading or bleeding (unless a specific guarantee was written on the product page).
Disputes over the exact Thread Count (TC) or subjective “feel” of the fabric.
